Warranty: We give a 12 month reasonable use warranty for all our products. After a professional assessment and report made by one of our engineers, we can repair the unit if the unit is faulty and can be covered by our warranty. In this situation, the offer of a refund would also be available.
We will not refund or repair items that have been abused or miss-used. Hence, the warranty strictly excludes damage due to miss-use, abuse or neglect.
If you realise that you have ordered the wrong sized product, or it is unsuitable, please return it to us within 14 days. As long as the item and packaging are complete, unused and in "as sold" perfect condition, we will have no problem with giving you a full refund after deducting our original delivery costs.
