Hopefully the unit will eventually work well. The reviews say it should and I chose this unit because of the reviews and the sales record. But don't expect an easy ride getting things going. Registering on line does not work. The pleasant lady who took my details, including payment for the required subscription for updates, was very keen for me to also take insurance. It would seem that after my first set of frustrating efforts I had the wrong software/connection supplied. Phoning for help requires you to hang on for ages and then be dropped, multiple times. Eventually a very pleasant gentleman tells you he is sorry you had the wrong software and tells you where to unload the correct stuff. When this doesn't work you track down the Troubleshooting Guide which when you get to the right place, tells you that it will be available soon! To get the unit to work you need to be able to infer what is needed from the big on-line guide. I think I have it now!!!! I have been working with computers since 1967 and I don't usually have this level of problems. Good luck.
